  • Coverage: Shipping across India available for select Pin codes.
  • Payment Options: Partial payment option is available.
  • Dispatch: Products will be dispatched after 7-10 days. Delivery is expected within 7-10 days thereafter. Times may vary based on location and logistics partners.
  • Cancellation: Must be notified within 6 hours; no cancellations once shipped. Refunds not applicable for doorstep cancellations or two unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy Summary:

  • Returns: Allowed within 48 hours of delivery for manufacturing defects, damage, or wrong items. Processing time for returns is 10 business days.

  • Exchanges: No Exchange

  • Return Pick-Up: Requests can be made on the website; quality checks will occur during pickup.

  • Refund Process:

    • For online payments: refunds processed back to the original payment method within 4-5 business days.
    • For COD: refunds through credits or bank transfers; processing time is 7-8 business days. No cash refunds for COD orders.
  • Important Notes: Handmade items may have natural variations and are not eligible for returns due to these differences. Self-shipped lost items are not refundable.
